Marketing Consultant – Livermore

Overview Cox eLearning Consultants (CeC) is a fast-growing start-up company specializing in business development services for corporate training and related vendors. We are currently seeking a media savvy individual to help edit and write promotional material, work with clients to plan marketing strategy, provide campaign analysis, and assist in other creative roles. This is a contract (part-time or full-time) position initially that can convert to employee status, depending upon the individual’s performance and preferences. Part-time opportunities of a minimum 25-35 hours per week exist along with a full-time position. This person must be able to work well independently and in an environment with diverse staff, and must have an awareness and understanding of cultural, racial, religious, and economic differences. Qualifications • BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism Computer Science or related disciplines • 1-2 years Marketing or Journalism experience • Self disciplined w/ the ability to work independently and meet all project deadlines • Strong communication, computer, and organizational skills • Strong analytical and writing skills • Excellent phone skills w/ a friendly voice • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize responsibilities • Ability to work in a team or independently

1. Marketing Activities
• Create, edit, review direct marketing campaigns
• Create, edit, review email campaigns
• Create, edit, review marketing collaterals
• Analysis / research on market opportunities for clients
• ROI analysis (i.e. advertisements, website subscription, sponsorships)
• Telemarketing
• Creation of reports after data analysis
• Project management
• Research


For Cox eLearning Consultants – Internally Delivered Services

1. Administration
• Maintain and assist with office work when required
• Assist with a variety of other administrative tasks, as directed

2. Marketing
• Selling of Cox eLearning Consultants Services to other e-Learning organizations
• Creation of Marketing Collaterals for Cox eLearning Consultants
• Market Research for potential clients
• Project Collaboration / Management with other team members
• Assisting other consulting staff and senior management with a variety of marketing related requests
